Currently the Lead Business Architect at Old Mutual, Nilesh leverages his deep expertise in systems thinking, capability-based planning, and enterprise transformation to effect meaningful change. He holds an MBA, a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation and Design Thinking, and is TOGAF® certified. Nilesh is an active contributor to professional communities and is a strong advocate for addressing complex challenges through architectural disciplines.
