This month, we are hosting a live, virtual presentation by Francis Uy, CEO of Sinag Solutions in the Philippines. Francis will show how enterprise architects create credibility through action by starting from their current context, delivering value where they are, and earning the mandate to influence wider governance, interoperability, and transformation outcomes.
Grounded in national digital health and digital public infrastructure (DPI) work, this session will provide practical insights on how to move from fragmentation to coordinated ecosystems that endure beyond individual projects.
Francis Uy is an enterprise architect and digital health transformation leader with experience across government, consulting, and global health programs. As the CEO of Sinag Solutions, he has served as a Core Architect for WHO/ITU on Digital Public Infrastructure for Health, while also advising the Republic of the Philippines on national digital health architecture. He holds an MSc in Enterprise Architecture Management, has been nominated as Co-Chair of The Open Group’s Healthcare Forum, and is recognised for applying architecture to complex ecosystem challenges.
